Return Policy & Process:

At Jupe we want you to love all of your purchases! If for any reason you're not loving something please use the following guidelines to process a return.

    We will gladly accept select unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery date for refund to the original method of payment or store credit.
      • Initial shipping fees will not be refunded on any returned items.
      • Returns must be received in original, unused condition. If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee.
      • Sale items are fully returnable with the above guidelines.

        We recommend shipping your return with tracking to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).

        F.A.Q

        • How can I request a return?

          In order to set up a return, please visit our Returns tab on our website.

        • How long do I have to return an item?

          Returns must be requested within 14 days of order delivery. Any returns sent back after 14 days will be denied.

        • Are returns free?

          We can provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. If you'd like a refund, we will deduct $10 from your refunded total. If you'd prefer to receive store credit, the prepaid label is FREE!

        • Can I return in store?

          We are happy to accept returns in our Brooklyn location only during our normal business hours. We don't open early or stay open late to receive online returns.

        • When can I expect to see my refund?

          Please allow 2-5 business days upon delivery for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been processed. A credit will post to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution.

        • My package is lost!

          Please reach out to our customer service team help@jupenyc.com if you believe your package is lost/stolen. We will file a USPS/ UPS claim on your behalf. Please note these claims can take up to 20 days to process. We will do our best to work with you and to locate your package. Jupe is not responsible to refund any lost or stolen packages.

        • My item came damaged

          Please email us at help@jupenyc.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Please include a description of the damage as well as photos if applicable. When setting up a return please specify there is a damage on the item. If we are not contacted prior we will not be able to accept the return back.

        • Do you offer price adjustments?

          No we do not. For any questions, please contact help@jupenyc.com

        • The item I want is sold out. Will you be restocking?

          Due to how fast our merchandise sells, we cannot always guarantee the item will be back in stock. Sometimes we are unable to re-order. The best way to know if the item you want comes back in stock is to use the “Email when available” option on the item page. You will get an email if and when the item is restocked.

        • Do you have a size chart?

          We carry many different local U.S. based brands. Our sizes may vary item to item.

        • Do you ship Internationally?

          Yes! We do ship internationally for a $20 shipping fee. Please note, shipping can take 7-10 business days. Once the package leaves the US, for any delivery issues the customer is responsible to be in contact with the local post office directly.
