The Basics

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition — free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
  • You can choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Orders with $500+ in returned merchandise are subject to a 15% restocking fee

Sale Items

  • Online sale items are returnable if they meet the above conditions
  • In-store sale items are final sale

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. We cannot issue a refund or store credit for returns that don't reach us, and Jupe is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
