At Jupe, we want you to absolutely love every purchase you make! But if for any reason you're not feeling the love, we're here to help you with a smooth return process. Just follow these simple guidelines:
Return Eligibility:
- We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of delivery.
- You can choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or opt for store credit—whichever works best for you!
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned in original condition—unworn and free of any stains, odors (like perfume, deodorant, or smoke), or signs of wear. Unfortunately, we can’t accept items that don't meet these standards, and you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs in that case.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, so please keep that in mind when returning your item.
- Sale items are fully returnable as long as they meet the above conditions!
